First look at PlayTech Age of Gods Slots
April 19th, 2016
Playtech has been responsible for many interesting developments already this year. Now, they look set to add to the collection with their newest portfolio of slots. The brand recently unveiled their much-hyped portfolio of slots known as the ‘Age of Gods’ collection. The name is a nod to Greek mythology, a theme that has been used commonly in the world of slots. With such a prestigious mantle, we’re expecting big things from this new line.
Quite aptly, the first slot set to make its debut is ‘Zeus’. The game is a five reel, 25 pay line slot which will encompass a range of different bonus features to aid players. The remainder of the titles will be released during the course of 2016. Each of these games also sticks with the theme of Greek Mythology. ‘Hercules’, ‘Furious Four’, ‘Athena’, ‘Age of the Gods’ and ‘Fate Sisters’ are some of the other games likely to join the Zeus slot later on this year.
The games will come together to form a network of progressive jackpot omnichannel slot games. The chief operating officer of Playtech, Shimon Akhad, hopes that the games will add another dimension to the brand’s already 600 strong suite of games.
Greek Mythology based slots is already a very competitive genre. We can’t wait to see how Playtech’s new innovation fares against the rest.
